E-mails can be directly sent and the website directly accessed from the help about dialog (see Speedquest About Dialog).

To make the task of the support staff at Speedwell more straightforward it would be helpful if you could provide the following information
  • The name of the application (Speedquest), the version and the registered client name (see Speedquest About Dialog).
  • The current Speedquest configuration information, this can be e-mailed directly to Speedwell (see Speedquest Configuration Information). This information includes the application, version and registered client name.
  • If the enquiry is related to a specific RSQ or RSQs (see Speedquest Data Files) any relevant details of those files. If possible e-mail the file or files to Speedwell.
