Speedquest Configuration Information
If problems are experienced with Speedquest it is very useful to assist the support resolve them to understand as much as possible about the installation environment and the application parameters currently in use.
There is a feature in Speedquest which will write all this information to a text file.
To generate a Speedquest configuration information parameter file
In the Help menu select Save Configuration.
The Save Speedquest Configuration dialog id displayed.
Use the Browse button to select the folder and filename the configuration information is to be written to.
If the application is being executed on a computer with internet capabilities the dialog can be used to directly e-mail the configuration file to Speedwell.
