Pasting Response Details
A questionnaire will often have a number of questions with the same options. Once the options are defined for one question they can be copied to an internal buffer (see Copying Response Details) and then pasted to any other matching questions.
To paste response details
On the question editing interface select the text area or areas to have the previously copied response details pasted to.
Right click one of the selected text areas and select the popup menu option Paste Responses or alternatively from the Text menu select Paste Responses.
Selection of multiple text areas is done by left clicking with simultaneous use of the shift and control keys.
