Viewing Questionnaire Details
Whenever a questionnaire file is opened details of the contents of that file are displayed. The view displayed will be representative of either the question details or the scanned questionnaires. A new file will always default to view the question details. An existing file will display the view used when the file was last opened.
An example of the screen displayed to view of question details is shown below. Click on any of the labels for further help.
The Questionnaire Editing Interface and Preview Pane have a separator bar which can be dragged left or right with the mouse to reduce the size of one and increase the size of the other.
To switch to Viewing Scanned Data
On the toolbar left click 
, or alternatively from the File menu select View Data.
This view displays details of the current questionnaire on the screen. To look at questionnaire details in a printed form either print a questionnaire grid, print a draft questionnaire or overprint a questionnaire. A draft questionnaire cannot be overprinted although a live questionnaire can be either overprinted or printed as though in draft form (see Draft vs Live).
