Use Overview
By selecting to Use Overview the Select Question Status window is shown, the status' of questions required should be checked in this window.
1. Click OK when the status' required have been ticked.
2. The Bank Overview window will open displaying all the questions selected by their status.
The vertical columns represent the subject areas , and each cell represents one item. The number within the cell is the question number, and the colour coding of the cell represents the statistical properties of the item (in terms of facility value and index of discrimination - the colour coding is shown in the key ).
3. To select a question from this screen simply click on the question number, each question that is clicked will be added to the items selected window. A question and its responses can be seen by clicking the View button while the question is selected.
4. Click Close in the Items Selected window when you have selected the questions required.
5. All the selected questions are displayed on the Question Preview screen.
