Change User Details
1. Highlight the User and click 
This will display the Edit User Details screen.

2. Edit User name and login name as required.
3. To change a User's password click on the password box to the right of the log in name. The User will be prompted for the old password and then asked to enter the new password and confirm the new password. Once this is complete click OK to activate.
Note
If User passwords are changed note they must have at least 6 digits and are case sensitive.Passwords may be allocated for a limited period.
Each new User is given a security status rating. This limits the level of access permitted for that User. Default security access levels have been set up. In the area headed Banks Questions Examination are a number of boxes, if a tick appears in a box next to a task then the User is allowed to perform that task.
The default security levels have been set up as followers :
'Viewer' limits access to displaying the question bank details only.
'Operator' will allow a User to change details within an existing question bank, examination, or question, but not to create or delete a bank, examination or question.
'Supervisor' will allow a User to create a question bank, an examination, or question and change details within an existing question bank, examination, or question, but not delete a bank, examination or question.
'Administrator' has unlimited access.
There is an additional box at the bottom of the screen to specify whether that User may Edit User Details. Tick this if access is to be allowed. However, the access default for this feature is recommended for Administrator level only.
All the above values can be adjusted by a User provided they have the permitted security level. To check access look at the ticks in the box next to each permitted operation.
4. Click OK when all the changes have been completed.
