Examination Statistics


The Examination statistics screen shows the statistics for each time a question has been used in an examination.

Details shown are
  • Examination number
  • Examination name
  • Date of examination
  • Number of candidates sitting the examination
  • Mean score of all candidates in that question
  • Standard deviation of candidates' scores in that question
     
    Further statistics are shown depending on the style of question.

    Single Correct Answer questions, Multiple True/False questions

    To view the statistics for the same question used in different examinations, use the navigation (arrow) buttons at the bottom left of the screen.

    To view the summary statistics for the use of the question in all examinations, click on the summary (S) button.

    The summary statistics show -
  • The number of times the question has been used
  • When it was last used
  • The total number of candidates who have taken it
  • The overall mean score
