Export Examination


In order to export an examination it must first be locked (see Lock Examination).

To export an examination,
1. Select the examination on the examinations screen, then choose Export from the Examinations menu
  • or right click and select Export

    2. Choose the type of file you want to export to

    Filetypes currently available are:
  • Rich Text File (RTF) - An examination can be exported to a Rich Text File for the purpose of printing out an exam and/or its details.
  • Question and Test Interoperability File (XML) - An examination can be exported to OSCE for the purpose of scoring the examination
  • MultiQuest Export File (EXM) - The correct answers for the questions in an examination can be exported to Multiquest for the purpose of scoring the examination.
     
    3. Choose a folder for the export file, and enter a file name (or accept the default name).

    Depending on the style of export selected, different screens will appear next.  Click the filetype links above for further details of that type of export.
