Lock Examination
Once all questions have been chosen for an examination, the correct answers can be exported to Multiquest or the exam can be exported to OSCE. However to make sure that the examination is not modified in any way, the examination must first be locked.
While the examination is locked, it is not possible to add or remove questions or change the order of questions in the examination. Optionally, it is also possible to lock all of the questions in the examination so that they also cannot be modified.}
1. To lock an examination, select the examination on the examinations screen and click
or choose Lock from the Examinations menu
or right click and select Lock
The 'Lock Examination' screen is displayed.

2. Check the 'Lock Questions' box is ticked to prevent anyone from editing the question details while the examination is locked.
3. Select a single letter from the drop-down list to indicate the new question status.
4. Enter the number of the first question within the examination.
5. Click OK, the examination will be locked and all questions updated. This may take a few seconds.
