Creating a New Question Bank

1. Click

This will display the Bank Details screen.

2. Give your bank a name, file name, and description.

If you wish to change the default folder where the Question Bank is held Browse will display a list of available folders.

3. Choose the Default Question style required.

4. Question number style and Item number style allow you to define the way each item is displayed on screen

5. The Separator prompt allows you to define how you wish to separate the item numbers from their text.

6. Within this screen you are also able to change :

the default number of items in a question

the default values for correct score

incorrect score and void score

7. Click on Keep old versions of Questions to turn this feature on/off as required.- (at present inactive)

8. Click on Keep an audit trail on file to turn this feature on/off as required.- (at present inactive)

9. Click on OK when the bank set up is completed.
