View Questions selected for an Examination


1. Highlight the selected Examination by clicking on the name and then click
  • or click on Examinations from the menu bar followed by Open from the drop down menu display.
     
    This will automatically display all the questions selected for that Examination.

    2. To change the order of questions within an examination, use the arrows on the toolbar or from the Question drop down menu to move questions up or down the list.

    3. To select a question to view, double click anywhere on the question number, bank no. or question title.
  • or click on the question title or number, then click
  • or click on Question from the menu bar followed by View from the drop down menu
     
    4. At the top of the Question screen are a number of tabs.  Clicking on each tab will display the following:
  •  Question properties
  •  Question style
  •  Comments
  •  Links
  •  History
  •  Question text
  •  Item Text
     
    Note:  no details may altered while in viewing mode.
