Change Question Details


Click on the question to be edited.

1. Click   
  •  or From the Question menu select Edit.
  •  or Double click on the Question name or number.
     
    The Question screen is displayed. This will differ as to the style of Question

    At the top of the Question screen are a number of tabs. Click on the tab name below for help details-

    Properties
    Style
    Comments
    Links
    History
    Question
    Question (OSCE style)
    Item (Single Correct Answer Style)
    Item (Multiple True/False Style)
    Item (Modified Essay Style)
    Item (Extended Matching Style)


    Use the right and left directional arrows on the far right of the screen to view tabs off the screen. While a tab is selected you can proceed to the next tab by holding down Ctrl key and pressing Tab.

    When all the question details have been amended and confirmed as OK the User is asked if the history details are correct.  For questions edited in the Bank the term 'Question changed' is automatically displayed, however this may be altered if an alternate descriptive detail is more appropriate. Once this has been confirmed the question is updated in the Bank.
