It can be frustrating when you don’t know why you’re experiencing a problem with any software and we certainly don’t want you to feel this way when using ours.

We’ve found that the majority of issues are common and extremely easy to solve, so visiting our FAQ area is probably all you need to do. However, if you can’t find the answer there, contact our Support Teams.

We no longer offer free support for KeyPoint versions 1-4. Over time, these older products have been replaced by superior software and we strongly recommend you upgrade to the latest version.

KeyPoint Updates
KeyPoint updates take the form of a patch program, which you need to download and run. It will then upgrade the keypoint.exe file in your KeyPoint folder.
Training
