Fifth International Clinical Skills Conference. Prato, Tuscany

19th-22nd May 2013

An international, multiprofessional steering committee and co-ordinated by the College of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing, University of Dundee. This conference will meet the needs of interprofessional researchers and practitioners involved in the development of high quality education in all aspects of clinical skills.

Aims of conference

  • Provide a forum for debate on innovation and the evidence base for clinical skills teaching and learning:
  • Showcase research and best practice in clinical skills education
  • Stimulate innovation in clinical skills
  • Gather expert and beginner clinical skills educators for networking
  • Aid funding for research on clinical skills

Innovation through research, technology, new products, and imaginative delivery of service, is widely seen as key to improving patient safety and care as well as meeting growing demands on services.

IAMSE 17th Annual Meeting
