The challenge.
An internal auditing system was needed. The Quality Manager was keen that the organisation addressed issues using IT where possible. It was vital to find software that met our specifications and could 'grow' with us as a company.
The results.
It was agreed that KeyPoint SurveyServer had the capacity to meet our auditing needs. The auditing process previously involved paper and manual input, however Surveyserver offered us a secure, online audit system that reduces the pressure on our department for inputting data.
The professional presentation of our results has enhanced the reputation of our department.
The key sucess has been the rollout of our online audit via SurveyServer, however other opportunities have occurred as a result of KeyPoint including Evaulation Surveys for internal and external events.

One of the highlights also has to be the anaylsis and reporting facility. The organisation can see how we are doing, enabling managers to make strategic and operational decisions, based on the analysis and data we produce. The audit process has become fundamental to the business cycle of 'plan', 'so' and 'review'.
The future.
The number of audits will continue to rise and we're confident that KeyPoint will be able to manage the increased capacity. We also anticipate more surveys of different types being carried out organisation-wide and we hope to be able to set the standard in this area.
