Upgrade from 1.x or 2.x to Version 3
Users of MultiQuest 2.x, OSCE 2.x or QuestionBank 1.x with a current support contract can upgrade to version 3 for free. Please click here to complete the download form and you can then download the software. You will be emailed new activation keys.
If you don't have a current support contract then you will need to purchase the upgrades. Please contact Speedwell for further information. You can still download the new versions for evaluation purposes, click here to go to the download form.
CliniQuest 3.0.2 Update
To update CliniQuest 3 you need to download the installer from the link below. Once you have downloaded you can then run the installer (make sure CliniQuest is not being used by any users) and it will update your version of CliniQuest to version 3.0.2. This must be repeated for each user. The update will not change any of the program settings or your data.
MultiQuest 3.0.2 Update
To update MultiQuest 3 you need to download the installer from the link below. Once you have downloaded you can then run the installer (make sure MultiQuest is not running) and it will update your version of MultiQuest to version 3.0.2. The update will not change any of the program settings or your data.
QuestionBank 3.0.3 Update
To update QuestionBank 3 you need to download the installer from the link below. Once you have downloaded you can then run the installer (make sure QuestionBank is not being used by any users) and it will update your version of QuestionBank to version 3.0.3. This must be repeated for each user. The update will not change any of the program settings or your data.
KeyPoint 6.0.5 Update
To update KeyPoint you need to download the appropriate version from the links below, uninstall your current version and then install the latest version. User files and settings, such as KeyPoint surveys and the scanning licence, will continue to work as before.
To check which version of KeyPoint you have start KeyPoint, go to the Help menu and click on About KeyPoint. At the bottom of the About box it will say the version number and if you have the web/email version.
