Abandoned Vehicle Report
A simple survey, which includes a section for personal contact details, that records the information needed to start the process of recovery of an abandoned vehicle. This could easily be used as an online form.
Environment Survey
This questionnaire could be jointly developed with Waste Management Services to encourage local residents to improve their personal management of domestic waste. This will be particularly valuable in areas where illegal dumping is a key environmental issue.
Environmental Health Survey
Environmental Health Service teams have applied standards for the scheduled inspection of premises for both food hygiene and health and safety risk assessments. This survey gains feedback following such an inspection.
Inspection Response
Here is a feedback form designed for post inspection activity, which could be built up over a period of twelve months to target specific activities within the Environmental Health Service.
Pest Control
This survey provides a first point of referral to engage the Pest Control team in the removal of an infestation. Questions have been designed to clarify key information needed to make the team fully aware of the pest and the location / severity of the infestation.
Recycling Survey
This survey profiles the waste management habits of a range of tenants and is helpful in areas where domestic waste is an issue for the residents. It is a mechanism that the Environmental Health Service team can use to gauge what is happening in a key area.
