Castlehill Housing Association is a public body, and a registered charitable organisation. It has been providing low cost housing since 1971, for elderly, homeless and vulnerable people.

Castlehill felt they needed to know how well they were performing in the eyes of their clients and what tenants, and sharing owners, thought about the service that they were receiving.
KeyPoint was recommended by another Housing Association who had carried out an extensive in-house survey. Castlehill downloaded the trial version of KeyPoint from the website and were pleased with the functions it could offer. The pricing was within the budget available and because the scale of the survey planned - a 26-page paper survey, containing 66 question and distributed to over 1300 clients - the KeyPoint Scanning Module seemed ideal to ensure the efficient processing of completed surveys.
KeyPoint Scanning provided an excellent tool for devising the survey form, and when processed gave excellent options for reporting the findings. It was easy to put to use and, given the scale of the surveys undertaken, saved a lot of hard manual work.
The success of the survey is that the Association has been able to gauge exactly what their clients think of them as their landlord. The outcomes of the surveys will be used at different levels, in terms of management reviews and localised policies and procedures.
KeyPoint will be used within the department for future surveys for specific housing schemes and services. Since originally purchasing KeyPoint the Association has upgraded and added other users across the organisation so that more people can create client feedback surveys.
