Setting Up Your Scanner

Once you have unboxed and assembled your scanner it is necessary to connect it to a computer and configure the settings. This is done in a number of steps:

Step 1 - Plug in the scanner cartridge

Step 2 - Plug in the communication lead from the scanner to the computer

Step 3 - Plug in the power lead

Step 4 - Calibrate the scanner

Step 5 - Configure the communications

Step 6 - Test Scan
