Database Import Setup
The 'Database Import Setup' window is displayed.
The table contains two columns, the first column defines the field in the Multiquest response file that will contain the imported candidate data, the second column defines the field in the import file that currently contains the candidate data.
For each field that you want to import, define the field in the import file that contains the required data.
The response file fields are -
Candidate Number
Candidate Name
There may also be additional fields depending on the configuration of your system.
Not all fields are required, but a candidate number must be defined, as this identifies the candidate test papers uniquely.
Select the required options and click on the OK button. The required candidate data is then imported.
