Support Checklist

Phone Support
  • It is advisable when making a support call to have the software running on a computer that you have access to so that queries can be dealt with step-by-step
  • It is preferable if you are using a machine that has email facilities

  • Remember to quote your software product and version number
  • Attach copies of the .res,  .rst,   .rsx,   and  .dec files associated with the problem you are experiencing, which can all be found in c:/program files/speedwell/multiquest
  • Describe your problem in as much detail as possible
