Merge Files
Response files may be merged as long as they contain responses from the same examination.
Open the response file you want to merge records into, then select Merge Files from the File menu. Select the file containing the records you want to add.
Checks are performed that the two files match exactly. They must have the same examination definition, the same number of questions and the same correct answers.
If the files match, then the candidate records are imported. If you try to import a record for a candidate already in the first file, you are asked to choose to overwrite the existing record with the new one, or discard the new record.
