Why do I get the following warning 'Access to the requested resource denied. You cannot use this survey with the present surveyserver account because it was originally used with a different account.'

Once a Keypoint survey is uploaded to surveyserver that file belongs to the surveyserver account set up in Keypoint at the time of the upload. To use this survey with another surveyserver account requires the ID's to be reset. To do this press the 'Reset survey IDs' button on the Tools, Options, Web Settings tab.
